1. Do you watch sports? If so, which ones?
Not really – I do catch important Footie games, like world cup, women’s world cup, English Premiere League. I also like to catch Major League Baseball playoffs if there is a team I might care about. Other than that, definitely not.
2. What/who are your favorite sports teams and/or favorite athletes?
Hm. Football (or Soccer to us American retards) is nice. I like Baseball ok. Hockey is fun, anything fast (well baseball isn’t fast) and football/hockey type game with goals on either end is nice. I used to occasionally watch basketball. No favourite teams or atheletes, unless they are cute like Beckham or something.
I do have teams that I hate (for the fun of it): Any team from Texas or Atlanta makes me happy by losing.
3. Are there any sports you hate?
I find no enjoyment in watching American Football. If someone were to edit a game to have no stoppages or timeouts or anything and the clock counted down, I maybe could watch it, but I still doubt it. Yawn. I wouldn’t say i hated it though. Now the typical stereotype of american football watcher, being a stereotype, is easy to hate. And I do.
4. Have you ever been to a sports event?
Been to Hockey, Baseball, Softball, and Footie games.
5. Do/did you play any sports (in school or other)? How long did you play?
I played Footie in 5th/6th grade. I played two years. I played some in a 30 yr old league here locally, but realised I didn’t have the time it took to put into it (or at least my enjoyment wasn’t worth the commitment).
Also, I don’t get the “That’s not sport” lines of sport/game argument since I don’t really see the value of defining the difference, or any inherent hierarchy of it. Feh. Reminds me of the “That’s not Punk” or “I’m gother than you” lines. People need to find better ways to make themselves feel better than deviding with language.

1 – Not really.
2 – The All blacks (NZ rugby), but just because Sara’s friend Judah likes them. Oh, and Manchester United, because Greg likes them.
3 – Baseball, American Football (I could never understand it), maybe curling.
4 – A few hockey games (da bomb), I think one baseball game, and an indoor american football game… lame.
5 – I wrestled in high school for 1 year, got an injury, couldn’t wrestle anymore. So, I got into musical theater. Can you SMELL the connection?

You seem a tad conflicted. 🙂
Oh, I’m not better than people who call football soccer. “Retards” is hyperbole. 😀
