The moral (and legal) imperative for all soldiers in iraq is to defy orders that go against geneva conventions.
Those who choose to ignore this and continue in their missions and orders that are against geneva convetions are war criminals.
War criminals deserve to be tried and convicted and serve their sentance.
I have compassion for them, but about as much compassion as I do for a WWII German solidier.
