Mixology

I really can’t take too much credit, as I’m following recipies and formulae handed to me from friends and idols, but I must say I’m hitting a high point in my mixology skills.

I’m putting out Polynesian drinks that even I’m impressed with. Mostly from recipes that I didn’t fully understand until now, but also creations of my own. What I need is some discerning mouths to taunt and tease.

The Monkey Hut is open: who wants to imbibe?

  1. Well, you must visit immediately. Or perhaps in the summer, when the weather is nicer (not that our current wouldn’t be an improvement over your OMGXBOXCOLD)

  2. Our only filled March weekend is the 9-10th, though H was thinking about taking a course which would require her presence in Seattle every weeekend in March… Hm. She’ll be the better source for planning and scheduling.

  3. Sounds good! I will present you two with a matchbook from the Tiki Lounge in Pittsburgh (where a lot of the Columbus Kahibi stuff ended up at!)…

  4. My class is: 3/31, 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 5/12. But I want you to come here! May? It will be nicer here by then.

  5. I can always hang at the coffee shop and do (*gasp*) homework or something until 6ish…. just a thought. 😉
