    SCOTUS ruling sucks majorly, but I don’t really give 2 shits about property rights in the abstract, in comparison to Civil rights: what is worrysome is who decides what “public use” is. I say “public use” cannot on its face involve private companies (barring government use of contractor’s bids).

    And yeah, “public use” is ominously vague.

    For Cheney, just make him dance in a room with 1,000 garage dooropeners on different freqs, and a bunch of microwaves running, (to fuck with his pacemaker…)

    Rummy needs to have to go get groceries for the hundreds of families that he took the commisaries from in North Carolina, it is a two hour trip for some of them to get basic staples now. So he gets to do that shopping for them. On foot. Barefoot. Wearing a dress.
