My culinary exploits as of late have been involving canned beans and a crockpot. Thai sounds so fun to explore. That and Nigiri Zushi.
Is that Pad Thai from scratch?
Naw, It’s a bottled pad thai sauce. I do have the ingredients for ‘from scratch’ though — I just figured pad thai isn’t exactly the most ‘delicate’ of flavours — It’s like making your own marinara: a waste of time.
