Except that I made Mac’n’Cheese last night from scratch in ~30mins.
I made my first bechamel sauce, then added a bit of curry and a mix of medium/sharp cheddar.
Very yummy, and enough for lunch for both

I made Mac’n’Cheese a long time ago when I was in Yuma. I used an okay recipe…
I made it again about 6 months ago, using a different recipe. I added tomatoes to it. I thought it was good, but the kids..LOL! They thought it sucked. All well…Can’t please everyone.
I was pleased to see how easy bechamel sauce is to make. I have feared making any type of cream and cheese sauce from scratch, worried it would burn. I was so proud of myself! 🙂
It was sooooo lovely to come home on a cold, long day and have home made mac n cheese waiting for me! I am waiting for lunch as well!
