I would be scared to get my delicates pierced. While I know ppl that have had them done and they say it is a good thing, what if something went wrong?
I would worry about infection “down there” too…

Well, all I can say that, as a girl I don’t like the idea of a pierced guy. I won’t go into detail but it just seems potentially unsanitary, and a woman’s tissues are really sensitive.
