Well, it finally came to pass.
Yesterday, Wed 12 June, 2002, we lost our most beloved cat, MoJo. We awoke to find him in a coma, took him to emergency care, and had no choice but to Euthanize: All but his base brain functions were gone.
I think we are planning to have a wake this Friday in his honour – We have him buried in the back yard, under the fig tree. I hope he likes it there. We’re planning on making a memorial marker stone fashioned to have a mosaic “M” from broken abalone shells and green glass.
I’m at work cause I don’t know what else to do.
i’m so sorry for your loss, Craig…
please pass my condolences to Heather too.
::sobbing and fiercely hugging her cats::
Poor cat :-/
May he enjoy his life in the kitty-after.
..*hug*
To both of you.
It’s rather cliche – but to a fag, a pet tends to take on the “child” function. Losing one devestates.
My heart goes out to you both.
Craig, Heather – I’m so sorry. *fierce hugs* for both of you…
Oh, no! *hugs* to you and Heather.
*hug*
Thanks, everyone for your support and stuff.
I’m really going to miss MoJo – Heather and I adopted mojo about 5 weeks after we moved in and up to N. California together, about 6 1/2 years ago — We still have Emo and Fenchurch(fenny). I’m sure we’ll adopt another pet in a few months.
I’m just happy I was able to have a good 6 1/2 year experience with MoJo – he really was the best cat I have ever known.

My deepest sympathies, sorry I was not able to post earlier, but back is sort of wonky.
