Jogging

Did my first jogging/running attempt today, did well – about 2 mi. Was more of a jogging/walking thing, on reflection but still.

I finally got past my 230 lb plateau with a 228 weigh-in this week. Plus, I have discovered that a bunch of old (but not worn-out) clothes fit again! Yay, new addition to wardrobe (or is it old re-addition to wardrobe?)
